Craft Beer
It can be overwhelming to choose a craft beer option if you are not used to drinking your local craft beer selections. India Pale Ale (IPA)
Heavily hopped and usually higher in ABV, with some Imperial IPA's going past 15%.
Pale Ale
This is a blanket term for a variety of local craft beers. It relies on pale malts & are usually balanced with citrusy hops.
Brown Ale
Bolder, sweeter, and maltier taste. Darker brown to almost black in color.
Lager
Use yeast brewed at higher temperatures as opposed to ales. 'Lager' applies to many styles, but amber lagers and pale lagers are the most popular.
Stout
Brewed with dark roasted malts giving this local craft beer its distinct, black color. Many people associate a stout with an Irish stout like Guinness, but have many other forms.
